Certain Tool should exist. as its the problem of all web engineers when they get the page from html developers.
i have made the tool which parse the some of HTML Controls and convert them to asp.net controls by appending in to that aspx file,
but still there are so many of them.. havent addressed all of them yet.
figuring out if we could get the product which can do the same with maturity.

That's exactly what I want. I am doing exactly that - 'converting' a page with 50 controls made by a web developer. I found this post googling for the exactly tool you've described. Let me know if you come across one!

Sounds like a money maker! Figure that one out and we might see you on The Big Idea w/ Donny Duetch. I am a recent grad starting my first IT job and I'm now waist deep in Visual Studio to ASP.NET conversion. If you have any tips let me know.

I found you by Googling for an exact tool. I have just had 2 HUGE html forms dropped in my lap...
